SAINT PAUL, Minn. -- The Lawrence University women's hockey team fell 6-0 to Hamline University in a nonconference game Friday at TRIA Rink.
  In the season opener for both teams, Hamline broke the game open with four goals in the second period.Â
  After a scoreless opening 20 minutes, Hamline scored three goals in the first 4:34 of the second to pull ahead. The Pipers added a goal late in the second and two more late in the third period for the final margin.

Sarah Dobrzynski stopped 67 shots for the Vikings. Kendra Nordick made four saves for Hamline.
  The same teams will play in the final game of the weekend series on Saturday.
