GENEVA, Ill. -- The Lawrence University women's hockey team scored late in regulation Friday to tie it, but the Vikings fell 3-2 in overtime to Aurora in a Northern Collegiate Hockey Association game Fox Valley Ice Arena.
  Lawrence trailed 2-1 in the third period when
Reese Deibert scored her first collegiate goal off a pass from
Meg Landman to tie the game with 6:35 remaining.Â
  The game went to overtime tied 2-2, and Lawrence was on the penalty kill after Lauren Moravchek was whistled for interference with just 25 seconds left in regulation. Lawrence killed off the penalty, but Aurora's Ellie Visser scored with 2:45 left in OT to win it.
  Moravchik gave Lawrence (3-7-1, 1-5-1 NCHA) an early lead when she scored just 52 second after the opening faceoff. Aurora (2-5-2, 2-4-1) tied it with a goal midway through the first and then took a 2-1 lead with a goal early in the third.

Ella Sciborski made 29 saves for the Vikings, and Shelbi Duster stopped 16 shots for Aurora.
  The team wrap up the series on Saturday afternoon at Lawrence.
