MEQUON, Wis. -- The Lawrence University men's soccer team opened the season with a gritty 1-1 nonconference tie with Concordia University Wisconsin at Fitting Field.

Eamon Rougvie scored first for Lawrence in the season opener, and Concordia got a goal 11 minutes into the second half to tie it.

Daito Sho to give Lawrence a 1-0 lead just 11:37 into the contest. Vladimir Campos tied it with a goal at the 55:58 mark.Â

Ethan Uribe made four saves for the Vikings, and Jeremy Munoz stopped three shots for Concordia.
  Lawrence had 10 shots in the contest, and the Falcons squeezed off 12 shots.Â
