WHEATON, Ill. -- The Lawrence University volleyball team fell 3-0 to Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology on Friday in a nonconference match at King Arena.
  Rose-Hulman topped the Vikings 25-15, 25-18, 25-10 in the match, which was part of the Marilyn Scribner Invitational at Wheaton College.
  The Engineers took the opening set and rallied for the victory in the second set. Rose-Hulman then closed the match with a strong third set.
  Rose-Hulman hit an impressive .434 for the match and stymied the Vikings with 40 digs.

Hazel Cook paced the Vikings (3-7) with 12 kills, and she added six digs.
Margaret Hahnke added 11 kills and six digs for the Vikings, and
Aliana Butler-Gray chipped in with four kills, seven digs and one ace.

Cora Linos finished with 21 assists and added five digs and a pair of kills for Lawrence.
  The Vikings have two more matches at Wheaton on Saturday.
