Appleton, WI—Lawrence University Football is pleased to announce the addition of three highly accomplished professionals to its coaching and administrative staff, a strategic move aimed at enhancing the program's competitive edge and community impact. This expansion includes two alumni returning to their alma mater, bringing with them extensive experience and leadership qualities that align with the university's institutional goals.
The new hires include Jason Kradman as Assistant Football Coach and Offensive Coordinator, Sean Stokes, a 1986 Lawrence alumnus, as Assistant Football Coach and Defensive Coordinator, and Scott Reppert, a 1983 Lawrence alumnus, as Director of Football Recruiting and Alumni Engagement.
Jason Kradman joins the Vikings with a robust background in offensive coaching and program development. Known for his transformative leadership, Kradman has achieved record-breaking success at both the high school and collegiate levels. His career highlights include a 28–2 record over the last three seasons, offensive units averaging over 33 points per game, and multiple Coach of the Year honors. Kradman has previously held positions at the University of Wisconsin and Florida Atlantic University, among others. "Jason Kradman is an exceptional football coach with a great offensive mind and a relentless recruiting drive," stated Head Football Coach Dan Galante. "He will do a great job as our Offensive Coordinator and as our Quarterbacks Coach."
Sean Stokes '86 returns to Lawrence University with nearly four decades of experience in teaching, coaching, and defensive leadership in Wisconsin high school football. Stokes has served as Varsity Defensive Coordinator at Oregon High School and as Head Football Coach at Stoughton High School. His extensive experience includes managing youth camps and supporting at-risk students, aligning well with Lawrence University's academic mission. "Sean Stokes was a great football player at Lawrence University, and he will bring those same qualities here as our Defensive Coordinator," said Coach Galante. "Can't wait to see him put his imprint on our Defense."
Scott Reppert '83, a Lawrence Football Hall of Famer and former All-American, steps into the role of Director of Football Recruiting and Alumni Engagement. Reppert's executive leadership experience includes CEO roles in various health organizations and a demonstrated history of strategic growth. His deep ties to Lawrence and broad alumni network position him well to enhance recruitment and alumni engagement efforts. Coach Galante remarked, "Scott Reppert will be a tremendous recruiter and will help our alumni connect with current student-athletes to serve as mentors."
