APPLETON, Wis. -- The Lawrence University women's soccer team dropped a 4-1 Midwest Conference decision to Knox College on Saturday on Ron Roberts Field at the Banta Bowl.
  Knox scored two goals in less than a minute late in the game to pull away for the victory.Â
  The Prairie Fire took an early 1-0 lead on Louise Schoeffel's goal in the fifth minute, but Lawrence scored the equalizer later in the first half.

Natalie Linebarger took a free kick and sent it through the Knox penalty box. Knox goalkeeper Carina Escobar got a piece of it, but
Jackie Blake was waiting for the ball and deposited it into the back of the net to tie the game at 1-1 at the 34:48 mark.
  Knox struck back quickly on Lydia Mitchell's goal at 35:15 to grab a 2-1 edge. The game stayed that way until goals in the 78th and 79th minutes allowed Knox to pull away.
