DE PERE, Wis. -- The Lawrence University men's hockey team allowed the final four goals of the game Thursday in a 6-2 Northern Collegiate Hockey Association loss to St. Norbert College at the Cornerstone Community Center.
  Lawrence had tied the game 2-2 before the midway point of the second period, but the Green Knights scored three goals over the final 5:28 of the second period to seize control.
  St. Norbert (2-3-0, 1-0-0 NCHA) led 1-0 after the opening period and added a second goal just 1:17 into the second.Â
  The Vikings (2-2-0, 0-1-0) then powered back to tie the game over the next six minutes. After St. Norbert's Jack Kelly was sent off for boarding at the 3:12 mark,Â
Matt Meininger scored off assists from
Zack Olen and
Cory Checco on the ensuing power play 1:14 later to cut the lead to 2-1.
Ivan Galaguzov then scored off an assist from Olen at the 7:53 mark to tie the game at 2-2.
  Jordan Strand then scored his second goal of the game for St. Norbert for a 3-2 lead at the 14:32 mark. Brock Baker then scored a pair of goals in the final 2:24 of the second period to put the Green Knights up 5-2. St. Norbert added a third-period goal to complete the scoring. Â
  St. Norbert went 3-for-7 on the power play, and the Vikings were 1-for-4.

Alex Mosquera made the start and stopped 29 shots for the Vikings.
Kyle McNair saw his first collegiate action for Lawrence and made six saves over the final eight minutes of the game. Johnny Roberts made 21 saves to get the win for St. Norbert.
  The teams wrap up the series on Saturday night at the Appleton Ice Center.
