DE PERE, Wis. -- The Lawrence University baseball team dropped a pair of Midwest Conference games Wednesday to St. Norbert College at the Mel Nicks Sports Complex.
  St. Norbert won the opener 4-1 and rallied for a 10-5 victory in the second game.
  In the first game,
Quinn Berglin went 2-for-4 as the Vikings were limited to five hits. St. Norbert's Nick Brauer allowed only three hits over seven innings to get the win, and
Michael Duttlinger gave up seven hits over five innings and took the loss.
  Lawrence tied the game at 1-1 in the third when
Jake Land walked and later scored on
Clayton Agler's single. St. Norbert scored two runs in the the fourth to take the lead and tacked on an insurance run in the eighth to help seal the win.
  In the nightcap, Lawrence built a 4-2 lead through the top of the fifth. The Vikings trailed 2-0 when Berglin belted a two-run in the fourth to tie the game.
Spenser Ross then smacked a two-run homer, the first of his career, to give the Vikings a 4-2 edge.
  The Green Knights countered with three runs in the bottom of the fifth to take a 5-4 lead, but Lawrence came back to tie the game in the seventh. Land reached on an error to start the seventh and moved to third on a sacrifice and a groundout. He then came in to score on another error and the game was tied 5-5.Â
  St. Norbert then scored five in the bottom half of the seventh to pull away.
  Berglin again went 2-for-4 with two runs batted in as the Vikings were held to just six hits.
  Noah Lindsley pitched three innings of one-hit relief to get the win, and
Elden Santana took the loss in relief.
