CHICAGO, Ill. -- The Lawrence University baseball team dropped both ends of a Midwest Conference doubleheader on Saturday at the University of Chicago.
  Lawrence led in both games, but the Maroons posted a 14-4 win in seven innings in the opener and a 16-10 victory in the nightcap at J. Kyle Anderson Field.
  In the second game,
Clayton Agler went 3-for-6 with a grand slam, two runs scored and six runs batted in. Agler becomes the 10th player in Lawrence history to post six RBIs in a game.

Colin Wieska went 2-for-4 with two doubles, and
Ethan Plantz was 2-for-4 for the Vikings.
Zach Leslie was 2-for-2 with a double and drove in a pair of runs for Lawrence.
  The Vikings (11-13, 4-10 MWC) trailed 3-0 in the second inning when Agler belted the grand slam to put the Vikings up 4-3. The Vikings increased the lead in the fourth when
Quinn Berglin doubled and two runners scored for a 6-3 advantage. Leslie then picked up a two-run double, and the Vikings led 8-3.
  Chicago (11-6, 6-2) scored three times in the bottom of the fourth, picked up another run in the fifth and added two more in the sixth to take a 9-8 lead. Lawrence struck right back in the seventh when Agler singled to score Wieska and
Luke Miles to give the Vikings a 10-9 advantage.
  The Maroons then struck back with seven runs in the eighth to grab the victory.
  The game was delayed for nearly 30 minutes after a medical emergency with the home plate umpire. No further information was available.
  In the opener, Lawrence built a 4-1 lead only to see Chicago come roaring back.Â
  Leslie had a two-run single in the third inning to put the Vikings up 2-1, and
Jake Land added a run-scoring groundout for a 3-1 edge. The Vikings added a run in the fourth on Berglin's RBI single.
  Chicago picked up two runs in the bottom of the fourth, added two more in the fifth and one in the sixth for a 6-4 lead. The Maroons then scored eight times in the seventh to close out the game on the 10-run rule.
