APPLETON, Wis. -- The Lawrence University women's soccer team was edged 2-0 by Concordia University Wisconsin in a nonconference game on Wednesday on Ron Roberts Field at the Banta Bowl.
  Concordia got both goals from Selena Esten with Jordan Lafferty picking up an assist on each tally.Â
  The Falcons made it 1-0 with less than six minutes remaining in the first half when Esten scored off Lafferty's corner kick. Concordia pushed the lead to 2-0 at the 54:51 mark when Esten scored off a free kick by Lafferty.
  Lawrence got nine saves from goalkeeper
Sarah Yochem, who faced 21 shots. Brooke Braga made one save to pick up the shutout for Concordia.
