Lawrence drops league match at Knox

    GALESBURG, Ill. -- The Lawrence University volleyball team lost a 3-0 Midwest Conference decision to Knox College on Saturday at Memorial Gymnasium.
    The Prairie Fire won 25-12, 25-12, 25-21.
    Kylie Naylor, Mikala Seymour and Aliana Butler-Gray led Lawrence with five kills apiece. Naylor had five kills against just one error in 10 attacks for a .400 hitting percentage. Seymour also had five kills and one error in 13 attacks for a .308 hitting percentage. Butler-Gray also had five digs and a block, and Seymour picked up a pair of blocks. 
    Marife Entenza led the Vikings with 18 assists, and she picked up an ace and four digs. Daphne Piotrowski paced Lawrence with 10 digs and picked up a pair of assists. 
    Catessa Duran led Knox with 10 kills, five aces and four blocks.
