APPLETON, Wis. -- Lawrence University football standout Logan Olson has been chosen for the All-Midwest Conference team in a vote of league coaches.    
    Olson (Copley, Ohio/St. Vincent-St. Mary), a sophomore tight end, was a second-team selection.
    Chosen for the all-conference team for the first time, Olson led the team with 33 catches for 309 yards and two touchdowns. Also averged 9.36 yards per catch and 30.90 receiving yards per game.
    In Midwest Conference play, Olson had 28 catches for 263 yards and a touchdown. He had season highs of six catches and 66 receiving yards in Lawrence's game at Monmouth College.
    Lawrence also received the Team Sportsmanship Award.
