APPLETON, Wis. -- The Lawrence University men's soccer team pulled even with Marian University midway through the second half Wednesday, but the Sabres scored three goals late to post a 4-1 nonconference victory on Ron Roberts Field at the Banta Bowl.
  Lawrence (0-2-1) trailed 1-0 headed into the second half, but the Vikings were getting multiple quality scoring chances. Lawrence finally cashed in at the 61:52 mark.
Sean McLaughlin sent a ball into the box and found
Derek Morales, whose sent the ball past Marian goalkeeper Aaron Perez to tie the game at 1-1.
  Marian (1-3-0) seized the momentum back thanks to Guiliana Corazzina, who scored the first of three goals 74:53 to put Marian back on top 2-1. Corazzina added goals in the 78th and 89th minute to close out the scoring.
  Perez made two saves to get the win, and Lawrence goalkeeper
Nason Lancina made seven saves for the Vikings.
