JACKSONVILLE, Ill. -- The Lawrence University men's soccer team suffered a 2-0 Midwest Conference loss at Illinois College on Saturday night at Green Athletic Field.
    Illinois College scored twice in the opening eight minutes of the second half for the only two goals of the match.
    After a scoreless opening half, Tyler Lunning scored in the opening minute of the second half to give the Blueboys a 1-0 lead. Lunning scored again in the 53rd minute for a 2-0 edge.
    Ethan Uribe made seven saves in goal for the Vikings, and Owen Macias made one save to earn the shutout for Illinois College. 
    Lawrence was held to two shots for the match.
