APPLETON, Wis. -- The Lawrence University volleyball team dropped a 3-0 decision Saturday to No. 23 Cornell College in a Midwest Conference match at Alexander Gymnasium.
    The Rams stopped Lawrence 25-13, 25-11, 25-8 on Senior Day as the Vikings honored Dana Mestey and Kali Pfannerstill before the contest.
    Hilirie McLaughlin led Lawrence with a modest four kills and two service aces, and Cora Linos had three kills, six digs, three assists and an ace. 
    Aliana Butler-Gray, Mikala Seymour and Bailey Nez had two kills apiece for the Vikings. Mestey and Daphne Piotrowski had seven digs apiece, and Mestey added four assists.
    Lawrence wraps up the regular season next Friday when the Vikings host Ripon College.
