AUBURNDALE, Fla. -- The Lawrence University baseball team fell 3-2 on Friday to Greenville University in its spring break trip opener.
  The Vikings led 2-1 after the opening inning but couldn't generate any more runs the rest of the contest.Â
  Luke Fleener tossed 4.1 innings of hitless relief to pick up the win for Greenville (5-11).
Nick Katz was solid for the Vikings, allowing three runs on six hits over six innings while striking out four and walking one, but he took the loss.
  The only hits in the game for the Vikings were singles by
Tate Hartlaub,
Edan Perez and
Parker Knoll.
  Lawrence (7-2) scored two after three consecutive singles scored one run, and
Zach Leslie's sacrifice fly plated the other.
