GREENVILLE, Ill. -- The Lawrence University softball team dropped both ends of a nonconference doubleheader at Greenville University on Saturday.
  Greenville won the opener 10-0 in five innings and took a 15-4 victory in five innings in the nightcap at Panther Field.
  In the first game, Lawrence was limited to one hit by Greenville starter Syd Garrett, who struck out six and walked one. Lawrence's lone hit was a first-inning single by
Janessa Gonzalez.

Lizzy Angemi allowed four earned runs and took the loss for the Vikings.
  In game two, the Vikings scored first, but Greenville scored the game's next seven runs to take control. Greenville then posted an eight-run fourth inning to seal the victory.
  Valerie Greenley allowed three runs on five hits and got the win for Greenville (4-0).
Avery Chilson pitched the opening three innings and took the loss for Lawrence (0-4).
  Gonzalez went 2-for-3 with a double and a run batted in to pace the Vikings.
Jordan Wallin-Swanson also went 2-for-3 and drove in a run for the Vikings, and
Zoe Doherty led Lawrence with a pair of RBIs.
