APPLETON, Wis. -- The Lawrence University men's soccer team fell 10-2 to Edgewood College in a nonconference game on Friday on Ron Roberts Field at the Banta Bowl.
  The game was tied 2-2 with less than 15 minutes left in the opening half before Edgewood took control. The Eagles scored a pair of goals in a five-minute span to take a 4-2 lead at the half. Edgewood then scored three times in the first nine minutes of the second half to pull away.
  Four Lawrence players posted their first career points for the Vikings.Â

Salvador Villalobos scored his first collegiate goal off an assist from fellow rookie
Quinn O'Reilly at the 28:49 mark. That trimmed Edgewood's lead to 2-1.Â
  Lawrence (0-2-1) followed that with another goal less than three minutes later. First-year player
Rei Ohtsuka blasted a rocket into the net off an assist from
Aidan Greer to tie the match at 2-2 at the 31:19 mark.
  Maverick Van Laanen made one save in goal in the first 55 minutes to get the win for Edgewood (2-1-1).
Ethan Uribe made three saves in the first half and took the loss.
Ryan Bhimji came on at the break and stopped seven shots in the second half for the Vikings.
