SUPERIOR, Wis. — Lawrence University (2-7-0) secured a decisive 5–0 victory over the College of St. Scholastica (3-4-1) at a neutral site. The Lawrence goaltender recorded 26 saves to earn the shutout, while their offense capitalized on a power-play opportunity in the third period.

The opening period commenced with Lawrence winning the initial faceoff, setting the tone for a competitive start. The team applied early pressure with several shot attempts from Evan Izenstark and Vladimir Fadeev, although they did not find the net. St. Scholastica responded with a few attempts of their own, but Carlson was steady in goal, making key saves to keep them off the board.

Lawrence capitalized on a power-play opportunity midway through the period, demonstrating strong puck control despite not scoring during the advantage. The breakthrough came at 3:40 when Jayden Jensen scored an unassisted goal, providing the team a 1–0 lead.
