APPLETON, Wis. — At the Gene Davis Invitational on Saturday, Lawrence University's
Will Phillips captured first place in the men's 100-yard freestyle with a time of 47.82.Â
Freshman
Michael Branham placed 13th in the same event with a time of 55.98, narrowly edging out fellow freshman Joe Phillips, who finished 14th at 56.09.Â

Leslie Cleveland, Joe Phillips,
Henry Ambrose, and
Sebastian Stacey, secured a fifth-place finish with a time of 3:41.40.
Leslie Cleveland led Lawrence University in the 100-yard breaststroke, finishing eighth with a time of 1:13.65. Freshman
Henry Ambrose contributed significantly, placing ninth in the same event at 1:15.41 and later anchoring the men's 200-yard freestyle relay team to a fourth-place finish with a time of 1:36.19.
In diving, Senior standout
Jackson Bertman led the Vikings in both the 1m and 3m, capturing two first-place finishes.
Lawrence University placed fourth in the men's 200-yard freestyle relay with a time of 1:36.19 at the Gene Davis Invitational.
The next competition for the Vikings is scheduled in Grand Rapids, MI, at the Calvin Winer Invite from December 4 to December 6.Â
