Vikings can't climb out of early hole at Carthage

    KENOSHA, Wis. -- The Lawrence University men's lacrosse team fell behind early and dropped a 20-4 nonconference decision to Cartahge College.
    Carthage (6-0) jumped out a 9-0 lead early in the second quarter and were up 15-1 at the half.
    Lawrence (0-3) got two goals from Iori Yamada, and Camden Waters and Judah Goehring picked one goal apiece. 
    Gavin Reiter played the first half in goal and made eight saves for the Vikings. Tyler Graham made seven saves in the second half for Lawrence.
    The Vikings return to action March 9 when they play at Augustana College.
