Lawrence handcuffed by Spartans

    MONTGOMERY, Ill. -- The Lawrence University women's lacrosse team dropped a 24-1 Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference decision to Aurora Univeristy on Saturday at Spartan Athletic Park.
    Aurora (9-5, 6-0 NACC) jumped out to a 12-0 lead to start the contest and pulled away. 
    Lydia Lueck picked up the lone goal for the Vikings (1-9, 0-6) when she scored late in the second quarter.
    Evelyn Pryadkin made 10 saves in goal for Lawrence.
