Lawrence can't dig out of early hole at MSOE

    MILWAUKEE, Wis. -- The Lawrence University men's lacrosse team fell behind early Wednesday, and MSOE went on to a 17-4 Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference victory over the Vikings at Viets Field.
    MSOE grabbed an 8-0 lead at the half and led by as many as 14 in the second half.
    Lawrence (3-11, 1-8 NACC) got goals from four different players. Brody Herr picked up the first goal for the Vikings, and Logan Marsh, Emmett Eischens and Iori Yamada all scored for the Vikings as well.
    Gavin Reiter started in goal and played the opening 30 minutes with six saves. Three MSOE (9-5, 7-2) goaltenders combined to make four saves.
