GRINNELL, Iowa -- The Lawrence University women's tennis team dropped a 7-0 Midwest Conference decision to Grinnell College on Saturday. 
    Lawrence fell to 1-3, and 0-1 in the league. This was the first dual match of the season of the season for Grinnell.
    The Vikings had several tight matches but couldn't grab a win against Grinnell. Clara Hills and Tess McGlenn went to a tiebreaker in their No. 2 doubles match, and Hills waged a tough battle before falling in two sets at No. 1 singles. Lawrence's No. 1 doubles team of Anna Vanden Acker and Logan Kane also put together a spirited battle before falling to the Pioneers.
