Clara Hills was a winner for the Lawrence University women's tennis team on Tuesday, but the Vikings fell 6-1 to UW-Oshkosh in a nonconference match at the Lawrence Courts.
  Hills took the opening set from Olivia Pethan 6-4 before Pethan bounced back to the win the second set 6-2. The match went to a super-tiebreaker and Hills grabbed a 10-7 tiebreaker win to claim the match.
  Lawrence also played a tight match at No. 4 singles were
Tess McGlenn won the opening set 6-3 before Oshkosh's Brianna Owens won 6-1 in the second. Owens then pulled out a 12-10 win in the super-tiebreaker.Â
  The Vikings return to action with a pair of nonconference matches later this week in Illinois against Illinois Wesleyan University and Concordia University Chicago.
