APPLETON, Wis. -- The Cornell College men's soccer team scored three goals in the first 32 minutes on Saturday and went on to a 3-0 Midwest Conference victory over Lawrence University at Whiting Field West.

Pietro Amado scored twice for Cornell (6-6-1, 4-2-0 MWC) and added an assist. Two Cornell goalies combined to make five saves.

Julien Riviere stopped eight shots for the Vikings (1-11-1, 0-5-1). Cornell owned a 21-17 edge in shots.
