APPLETON, Wis. -- Lawrence University diver
Jackson Bertman broke a pair of school records Saturday at the Lawrence Triangular at Boldt Natatorium.
  Bertman took first on both the 1- and 3-meter boards and topped Rob Smart's Lawrence six-dive records.Â
  On the 1-meter board, Bertman posted a score of 281.00 to break Smart's record of 261.95 set back in 1996. Bertman recorded a score of 254.80 in the 3-meter competition to break Smart's record of 241.95 from 1995.

AJ Ulwelling took second on the 1-meter board with a score of 194.05 and was second on the 3-meter board with a score of 180.30.

Michael Thorson recorded three top-five finishes to lead the swimmers. Thorson was second in the 1,000-yard freestyle in 10:49.50. Thorson was third in the 200 backstroke in 2:06.26 and fifth in the 200 individual medley in 2:09.30.

Davis Wukovits grabbed a second-place finish in the 50 freestyle in 22.42 seconds and was third in the 100 freestyle in 49.92 seconds.
Leighton Frater swam to third in the 100 backstroke in 57.36 seconds and took fifth in the 200 backstroke in 2:10.31.

Keegan Mencke took fourth in the 500 freestyle in 5:11.48 and
Robert Klockow was fifth in 5:15.29.
  On the women's side, Mattie Letendre posted a victory and two more top-four finishes. Letendre won the 100 backstroke in 59.96 seconds, took second in the 100 butterfly in 1:00.30 and was fourth in the 100 freestyle in 57.32 seconds.
  Chloe VandeHey grabbed second in the 1-meter diving with a score of 189.70 and was third on the 3-meter board with a score of 160.65.
  Irina Starostin posted a pair of third-place finishes. She took third in the 100 freestyle in 57.25 seconds and third in the 100 butterfly in 1:02.45. Olivia Szabo Gartner raced to third in the 500 freestyle in 6:03.74 and Ella Lee was fourth in 6:13.61. Katarina Stanley grabbed fifth in the 200 breaststroke in 2:57.51, and Emily Hornung was fifth in the 200 freestyle in 2:10.84.
