APPLETON, Wis. -- The Lawrence University women's tennis team dominated at the top of the lineup on Saturday against Illinois College, but the Lady Blues posted a 6-3 Midwest Conference victory on the Lawrence Courts.

Chloe Lamb and
Anna Vanden Acker earned victories at Nos. 1 and 2 singles, respectively, and the team of Vanden Acker and
Logan Kane collected a win at No. 1 doubles.
  Vanden Acker and Kane were 8-3 winners at No. 1 doubles, but the Vikings trailed 2-1 heading into the singles competition.Â
  Lamb made quick work of Hannah Lueke at No. 1 with a 6-1, 6-1 victory, and Vanden Acker topped Michelle Maag 6-2, 6-1 at No. 2.Â
  That would be it for the Vikings as Illinois College took the Nos. 3 through 6 singles matches.
