APPLETON, Wis. -- Six Lawrence University men's soccer players have been chosen for the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District team.
  Making the grade for the Vikings were
Evan Toth,
Ethan Uribe,
Jack Ginsberg,
Gabriel Garcia,
Rodrigo Angulo and
Nason Lancina.
  Toth (Louisville, Colo./Peak To Peak Charter), a junior defender, was chosen for the second consecutive season. He has a 3.99 grade point average and is a double major in mathematics and economics with a minor in statistics and data science.
  Uribe (McKinney, Texas), a senior goalkeeper, is also an Academic All-District selection in tennis. Uribe is a neuroscience major with a 3.81 grade point average. Ginsberg (Bayville, N.Y./Locust Valley), a junior defender, was chosen for the second consecutive season. Ginsberg is a biochemistry major with a 3.80 grade point average.
  Angulo (Lima, Peru/Montessori International College) is a senior midfielder and also earned All-Midwest Conference honors. Angulo was honored for the second consecutive year on the Academic All-District team. He is an economics major with a minor in statistics and data science with a 3.65 grade point average.
  Garcia (Queretaro, Mexico/Instituto Thomas Jefferson), a sophomore wing player, was chosen for the first time. He is a film studies major with a 3.72 grade point average. Lancina (Milwaukee, Wis./Whitefish Bay), a junior goalkeeper, was chosen for the first time. He is a music education and French horn performance double major with a 3.56 grade point average.
