Box Score     APPLETON, Wis. -- The Lawrence University women's tennis team rallied Saturday for a 4-3 victory over rival Ripon College in the Midwest Conference opener for both teams at the Lawrence Courts.
    Lawrence dropped all three doubles matches to lose the doubles point. 
    The Vikings then got a 6-1, 6-0 victory from Clara Hills at No. 1 singles, and Anna Vanden Acker followed with a 6-2, 6-1 victory at No. 1 to put the Vikings ahead.
    Lawrence had dropped the opening sets at Nos. 3 and 4 singles and had to rally. 
    Logan Kane lost the opening set 6-0 at No. 3 but stormed back to take the final two sets 6-1, 6-4 and win the match. Tess McGlenn also lost the opening set, but McGlenn roared back to grab the final two sets 6-2, 6-3. McGlenn's win clinched the victory for Lawrence.
    Lawrence moved to 3-2 on the season, and Ripon fell to 1-7.
    Lawrence has now beaten Ripon five consecutive times and won 19 of the last 20 against the Red Hawks.
