The Lawrence University men's and women's track & field programs were recognized for their success in the classroom as the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced its 2026 Division III All-Academic Teams and All-Academic Athletes.
The Viking women earned USTFCCCA All-Academic Team honors after posting a 3.33 cumulative team GPA during the 2025-26 academic year for the 18^th consecutive season. The Viking men also received All-Academic Team recognition with a 3.24 cumulative team GPA for the 11^th consecutive season.
Mila Westra earned her second USTFCCCA All-Academic Track & Field Honors after finishing 48^th nationally in the NCAA Division III Indoor 800m while excelling in the classroom.
To qualify for USTFCCCA All-Academic Athlete honors, student-athletes must maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.30 and either finish among the top 50 individuals in an NCAA event based on the national descending order list or compete at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
The USTFCCCA All-Academic Team award recognizes programs that maintain a cumulative team GPA of at least 3.10.
