BLOOMINGTON, Ill. -- The Lawrence University men's tennis team fell 9-0 on Saturday to Illinois Wesleyan University in a nonconference match at Evergreen Racquet Club.
  The closest matches of the day came at No. 1 doubles and No. 5 singles. The No. 1 doubles team of
Andrew Larson and
Dylan Delgado lost a tight 8-6 decision to Ian Turnbull and Ryan McCoy. Lawrence's
Gabriel Garcia dropped the opening set to Zeke Cross 6-2, but Garcia forced a second-set tiebreaker. Cross won the tiebreaker 7-1 to close out the match.
  The Vikings fall to 0-2 on the season, and Illinois Wesleyan improved to 1-1.
