STEVENS POINT, Wis. -- The Lawrence University men's tennis team picked up a shutout victory on Thursday with a 9-0 triumph over UW-Stevens Point in a nonconference match at SentryWorld.
  Lawrence got off to a great start by taking all three doubles matches. The No. 1 team of
Andrew Larson and
Dylan Delgado were 8-4 winners, and the No. 2 team of
Cole Witucki and
Rahul Sabnis posted an 8-3 victory.
  Larson also was impressive at No. 1 singles with a 6-0, 6-1 victory over Luca Hettstedt. Lawrence's
Owen Horton also was dominant at No. 3 singles with a 6-1, 6-0 win over Spencer Gross. Witucki also won in straight sets with a 6-4, 6-1 win over Colin McCurdy at No. 6.Â
  Delgado at No. 2,
Ethan Uribe at No. 4 and
Jonah Friedmann at No. 5 all won super-tiebreakers to complete the Lawrence sweep.
