APPLETON, Wis. -- The Lawrence University women's tennis team kicked off the spring portion of its schedule with a 9-0 nonconference setback on Saturday to Roosevelt University at Fox Cities Racquet Club.
  The tightest matches of the day came at No. 1 singles and No. 2 doubles.
Chloe Lamb dropped a 6-3, 6-3 decision at No. 1 singles but led early in the second set. Lamb built a 3-0 edge before Hahn came back to close out the match. Lamb also teamed with
Claire Bildsten at No. 2 doubles where they battled to close the gap to 5-4 before the Lakers closed out the match.
