APPLETON, Wis. -- The Lawrence University men's tennis finished the Midwest Conference season with a 3-3 record after a 6-3 setback to Cornell College at Fox Cities Racquet Club on Saturday.
  Lawrence had a strong showing in singles as the Vikings split the six matches with the Rams.
  Leading the way was No. 1 singles player
Andrew Larson, who posted a 6-2, 6-3 victory.
Ethan Uribe also picked up a win for the Vikings with a 4-6, 7-5, 10-4 victory at No. 5.
Jonah Friedmann rolled to a 6-1, 6-2 victory for the Vikings at No. 6.
  The Vikings clinched a berth in the Midwest Conference Tournament earlier in the day.
