Ā Ā GREEN BAY, Wis. -- The Lawrence University men's cross country team rolled past the field of NCAA Division III opponents on Saturday at the Tom Barry Invitational.
Ā Ā Lawrence finished with 26 points to easily take the team title. Wisconsin Lutheran College was second with 66 points.Ā
Ā Ā Among the D3 competitors (the field also included two NCAA Division I teams), Lawrence rookie
Nick Hansen took second as he covered the 6,000 meters at the Shorewood Cross Country Course in 20:11.95. The top Division III finisher was Timmy Brey of Concordia Wisconsin, and he took the title in 19:33.16.Ā

Ryan Cassiday took third in 20:12.80, and teammate
Finn Lee was right on his heels as he took fourth in 20:13.76.
Caleb Hardy took sixth for the Vikings in 20:18.42, and
Zach Meyer completed the scoring for Lawrence by taking 11th in 20:46.76.
Ā Ā On the women's side, the Vikings took third in the team standings with 72 points. Concordia was first with 45, and host St. Norbert College was second with 50.
Ā Ā Rookie Mila Westra led the Vikings as she took fifth in 19:51.60 over the 5,000-meter course.Ā
Ā Ā Riley Winebrenner was next for the Vikings as she took eighth in 20:26.62, and Edythmae Frodl battled to 10th place in 20:32.71. Mollie Davis finished 19th for the Vikings in 21:23.97, and Gabby Skorczewski completed the scoring by taking 30th in 22:28.99.Ā
