In a tightly contested first half, Lawrence applied offensive pressure with six shots, including two on target, saved by Knox goalkeeper Darby Wallig.
Ava Elders and
Hannah Kalt led the attack, but crucial saves kept the scoreboard level. Despite a high number of fouls, the Vikings maintained a strong defensive stance, ensuring Knox's three shots did not find the net. The period ended in a scoreless tie.
Lawrence dominated in the second half with an aggressive offensive approach, registering nine shots, including four on target, but they were repeatedly denied by Wallig. The visiting team also earned five corner kicks, maintaining pressure throughout the period. Despite these efforts, the score remained locked at 0-0 as the Prairie Fire's defense held firm.
