APPLETON, Wis. -- Lawrence University men's basketball players
Adnan Sarancic and
Liam Graham have earned Academic All-District honors from the College Sports Communicators.
  Sarancic (Gurnee, Ill./Warren Township) was chosen for the second consecutive year, and Graham (Skokie, Ill./Niles North) was selected for the first time. To be eligible for the team, a student-athlete must be at least a sophomore, have a minimum 3.5 cumulative grade point average and played in at least 90 percent (or started two-thirds) of their team's games.
  A senior forward, Sarancic has a 3.81 grade point average and is an international relations major with an economics minor. A member of the Academic All-Midwest Conference team, Sarancic was second on the team in scoring at 10.8 points per game and led the squad at 7.0 rebounds per game and 3.3 assists per contest.Â
  A junior shooting guard, Graham has a 3.61 grade point average and is majoring in business and entrepreneurship. A member of the Academic All-Midwest Conference team, Graham also has minors in statistics and data science and economics. Graham was a valuable reserve for the Vikings and led the team in 3-point shooting at 37 percent.Â
