Kylan Arndt was honored with the Midwest Conference Elite 20 award at the league tournament.
  Arndt (Fisher, Ill./Fisher), a sophomore utility player, earned the award, which is given to the student-athlete competing in a league tournament or championship with the highest grade point average.
  Arndt is a sophomore with a 4.0 cumulative grade point average. Arndt, who is majoring in psychology, was with the Vikings as they competed in the Midwest Conference Tournament this past weekend at Lake Forest College.
  Arndt had a big pitching milestone this season when she combined on a no-hitter with
Avery Chilson against Maranatha Baptist University. She also hit .250 on the season with three doubles and eight runs batted in.
  The Vikings finished the season with 19 victories in a resurgent season for the program. Lawrence played in the conference tournament for the first time since 2015 and posted its most wins in a season in 10 years.
