APPLETON, Wis. -- The Lawrence University men's soccer team earned five places on the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District team.
  To be eligible for the team, a student-athlete must be at least a sophomore, have a minimum 3.5 cumulative grade point average and meet the playing time requirements.
  Lawrence's five selections were led by sophomore forward
Evan Toth (Louisville, Colo./Peak To Peak Charter), who has a 4.0 grade point average and is undecided on a major. Sophomore midfielder
Jack McLaughlin (Kalamazoo, Mich./Paw Paw) sports a 3.86 GPA and is a double major in psychology and philosphy. He also has a minor in cognitive science.
  Also making the grade is sophomore defender
Jack Ginsberg (Bayville, N.Y./Locust Valley), who has a 3.82 grade point average. He is a biochemistry major on a pre-medicine track. Sophomore defender
Ellison McLane (DeKalb, Ill./DeKalb) made the team with a 3.65 GPA. He is a double major in mathematics and English with a French minor.Â
  Junior midfielder
Rodrigo Angulo (Lima, Peru/Montessori International College) rounds out Lawrence's selections. He has a 3.61 GPA with a major in economics and minors in mathematics and data science.
